The SCM (Steering Committee Meeting) and Workshop of the INMACOM project took place at the Urgench Branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi from April 22-26, 2024. All partner universities participated in this SCM & Workshop, where the following issues and tasks were discussed on the agenda:

- General overview of the project – Status of project activities for the first project year and tasks for the future;

- General overview of the project – Status of project activities for the first project year in Uzbekistan universities;

- Internal monitoring and evaluation of the INMACOM project;

- Requirements for a master`s thesis;

- About preparation of INMACOM interim report;

- State of financial management of the INMACOM project;

- Dissemination of INMACOM results;

- About teaching methodology and learning outcomes in EU master`s programs;

- Quality Assurance of Higher Engineering Education in EU universities;

- European experience of Project Management;

- Organization of research and the requirements for master`s theses;

- Round Table on INMACOM Project Management;

- Comments, remarks and suggestions by Participants;

The agenda also included visiting scientific laboratories, academic and non-academic institutes that work closely with the Urgench branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi.

-Visit to UbTUIT Laboratories;

-Visit to Mamun Academy (Khiva);

-Visit to the Khorezm branch of UZTELECOM JSC - Nonacademic Partner of INMACOM project;
