Tashkent University of Information Technologies, coordinator of Erasmus+ grant number ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE-STRAND-2, organized the last online meeting of the Consortium with all partner institutions participating in the project on February 27, 2024.

A new master`s degree program focusing on photonics and fiber-optic communications has been launched.

A group of scientists from Samarkand State University visited the Polytechnic University of Turin in Italy.

In 2022, Samarkand State University, Tashkent University of Information Technologies, and the National University of Uzbekistan participated in the European Union`s Erasmus+ scientific project competition and were awarded a grant of 650,000 euros.
