On February 12, 2025, within the framework of the ERASMUS + INMACOM project, the opening ceremony of training laboratories for laboratory and practical classes for master`s students studying in the "Photonics" master`s program was held at the Urgench branch of the Tashkent State Technical University named after Muhammad al-Khorezmiy. During the project, Gaipov R.E., Deputy Director of the Khorezm branch of "Uzbektelecom" JSC, Samandarov A.S., Director of the Khorezm branch of "Uzbektelecom" JSC, Gandjayev T.Kh., Head of the Khorezm territorial network operation department of the "UzMobile" branch of "Uzbektelecom" JSC, visited relevant enterprises. Representatives of other universities and industry also attended the opening. The laboratories are equipped with modern educational and measuring equipment worth 36,000 euros, the purchase of which was financed by the INMACOM project.
